Tight doorways, narrow halls, and stairwells can all pose a problem when delivering new furniture, please noted that this is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that the piece will fit in fit in all entryways —and into—your premises, In case the access is too narrow and too complicated, it will cause risk of damaging your furniture, in that case, our delivery team cannot support your delivery and will deliver to you outside of the front door only. Please note that the choice of up-graded delivery service and walk-up / walk-down service is non-refundable.
